Even thought I know we weren't one of your real fancy and pricey jobs, It has been a realpleasure working with you and your installers. I could not be happier than I am with my new enclosed patio / sun room.

From my recent experiences, I can say your company is incredible… friendly, clean, helpful, good communication, meets timelines… I could continue, I just want everyone to know how happy we are and a huge THANK YOU!” Lisa M So for the last 3 months I have worked with different sub contractors and construction workers. I am speaking from experience, as we just finished a 3 month remodel in our primary home. They cleaned everything up and it turned out beautiful! Jessie P Best part, they didn’t leave a mess behind. The installers where professionals and kind. My patio felt bigger and it felt like I added another room to my house. The awning turned out better than I could of ever thought. Kool Breeze was the best to work with.

The crew was very great about keeping me informed of progress, and finished a day earlier.

Now I have a hole in brand new trex board. However, I just had a separate deck installation company cut around trex board down spout. Unfortunately, plans had to change due to structural integrity. Highly recommend the outstanding company! The bid was to leave existing gutter and down spout. We can no go up/down our deck without worrying about slipping in the snow and we can enjoy the entire area without baking in the sun. The entire area was clean when the project was done. We gave Kool Breeze a call & they installed an awning over the deck & back patio. They told us it couldn’t be done because the deck & patio were on two different levels.

We contacted another company to install a deck/patio cover. For western exposure, the reduction in heat gain is 72% to 77%.Ī few years ago Kool Breeze replaced the siding/windows on our home. Studies by the American Society of Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers reveal that when the sun shines directly on the south-facing windows, fabric awnings reduce heat gain by 55% to 65%. While window films and tinted glass will reduce heat gain and glare, awning canopies accomplish the same purpose- and substantially boost energy savings.

In a typical Northern Utah building, more energy is lost through glass doors and windows than through any other constructed element. By blocking direct sunlight, you can also prolong the life of your furniture, floors and carpets. You will dramatically reduce your energy bills. In Utah, having an awning is a practical investment because of the savings you’ll get in your pocket. In fact, an awning that is installed properly can reduce the amount of heat warming up your home or business up to 77%. Having an awning in Utah is a great way to block the hot sunlight during the hot summers.
